Profile

Service-minded, dependable and technically curious, with ten years of customer-facing and hands-on service work. Currently training as a Drifttekniker IT (Swedish vocational IT operations programme) with a strong focus on networking, support and IT infrastructure. I enjoy solving technical problems while delivering good service, and I am looking for a LIA (supervised work placement that forms part of the programme) to deepen my skills in ServiceDesk, Windows and networking.
